I cannot quite express how pleasantly amused I was when I stumbled upon this blog devoted to awkward family portraits. I tried to narrow it down to my favorites, but seriously just go see for your self because I was cracking up. 

Summer List

Over the past few weeks I've been coming up with a rough list of summer activities I want to accomplish/enjoy. Here goes...

1. Summer album ideas:

-Van Morrison, Moonbeam.

I haven't gotten very far on the album portion of my list, but I'm giving it time.

(SIDE NOTE: I totally had a dream last night where I met a really hot dentist, but then I found out he had children...ho hum.)

2. Take up Quilting.

3. Utilized my bike more. It's such a sexy bike. I named it Earnest.

4. Camping trip to Yosemite

5. Try and wear all ELEVEN swim suits I now have. Thank you Kelsey Jean.

6. Tree House Tour of The North Country.......need I say more.

List is liable to change and/or alterations, but this is what I've got so far. 

Some places I want to visit.

1. The College of Physicians Philadelphia, Mutter Museum.

-A museum full of radical medical finds and human deformities, as well as the progression of medical technology over the years.

2. The Play-Doh Factory.

-A place for fun and squishiness. 
3. Out N About Treesort and Institute

-A hotel in the trees. As well as an institute specializing in Tree House Construction. uhh I think my heart just stopped.

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros

A friend of mine told me about Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros the other day at one of my internships. He sent me the link for their myspace, and let's just say I was hooked instantly. Apparently they have a digital EP available on May 19th, and their debut album on July 14th. I'm thinking this could be a wonderful summer kick off album.
